Ingredients

Fig Powder, Black Gram (Urad Dal), Bengal Gram (Chana Dal), Green Gram (Moong Dal), Black Horse Gram (Black Kollu), Moth Bean, White Sesame Seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Asafoetida and Salt.

How to Use

1. Take approximately 1 tablespoon of Fig Idli Podi.
2. Mix with gingelly oil or ghee.
3. Enjoy with idli, dosa, rice or uthappam.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and use a dry spoon.
